| Water Hammer Arrestor  Screwed End  Flanged End
PPP Water Hammer Arrestors are engineered to permit the impact or attaching end to match the internal cross sectional area of piping in which it is to be installed. This design assures that 100% of the surge or shock will be arrested on initial impact. A maintenance-free installation is assured when using this type of arrestor, the only moving part is the free-moving piston furnished with "O" ring seals which have been tested for reliability in excess of normal operating ranges. Water Hammer Arrestors are specified for both commercial and residential uses, for commercial laundrys, restaurants, motels and for dish washers and laundry equipment in the home.
PPP Water Hammer Arrestor Features:
Size 1/2'-1" NPT connection ,Size 3"-6" Flange connection
May be installed in new or existing plumbing systems with a standard pipe tee
Maintenance free - the piston is the only moving part
Tested in excess of 500 PSI
Tempature Range: -40°F to +212°F (-54°C to +100°C)
Barrel-fabricated of type "K" hard drawn copper
Operating Pressure: Designed to operate on all domestic and commercial line pressures. Normal operating pressure 0 to 200 PSIG. Max.spike pressure 500 PSIG.
